How OpenAI is used

  • summarizing conversations or call transcripts
  • classifying or extracting lead information
  • assisting with automated customer support workflows

Google data and integrations

If a user connects Google services to ChatArm, ChatArm accesses Google user data only for the purposes authorized by the user and only to provide the requested integration functionality. ChatArm does not use Google Workspace data to train generalized AI models.

User control

Businesses choose whether to use ChatArm’s AI-powered features. Customers should avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless necessary for the requested service workflow.
